I am Andreas Jaeger, the founder and principal shareholder of the business.

After retiring from a successful 20-year career as corporate executive, I was inspired to let others participate in the experiences and resources I gained during that time.

          To do so, I offer the services you see above.  They are intended for small businesses, startup companies and private individuals.  These services can include advising you as Realtor® of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty.  

          I use a "balanced-profit-approach" which means, that we do not necessarily charge up-front fees for business consulting or business capital services.  Fees can be results-based and they are generally affordable given the client's overall financial situation.
